The specifically hunched posture consistently through the neighborhood rather then sitting or laying is an indicator to me it’s spice rather than or at least in addition to opiates. This video needs to be shown to every person who responds to legitimate criticism of our country and current system with “you should be grateful you live in America, you don’t know how much better you have it here.” There are so many people who believe these bad things don’t happen here, or worse, those who simply don’t care. I mean to be fair, it looks like the truck wouldn’t quite fit into one spot without blocking the lot for other cars trying to get by or at the very least making it hard to see down the row to look for an empty spot. If the parking lot isn’t super crowded this might actually be the most courteous way to park this car. Not saying this is the ideal car or parking scenario, but this person probably was trying to do the best they could. Still annoying tho.

I live in Seattle — it was recently ranked 3rd most expensive rent in the country by several sources (obviously different sources use different metrics). I know in terms of reputation and population it could be considered “second-tier,” but it’s getting so expensive and certainly lies in the top tier of rent prices.
