So the universe is bound by the laws of physics, which tells you that in order for something to exist, it has to be created.
Already off to a bad start. Hope you didn't base any of your questions on this incorrect premise...
So by the same laws of physics, how is it possible for the universe to have simply "began" without anything outside creating it?
Ah boy, that kind of sucks. So that isn't what science claims at all. In fact, it says nothing about how the universe came to be. We have some very interesting models of the universe that start a few picoseconds after..an event, of some kind, maybe. The current state of physics and math are not quite able to give an answer there.
Wouldn't it be impossible?
That is the sort of implication you can get when basing your query on false assumptions.

The tow yard I worked at didn't allow work of any kind on their property. If it was an accident, then nothing comes off it because it becomes the insurance company's property if it gets totaled out. Once that happens the insurance company usually sells the vehicle to the tow yard and the tow yard would sell it to one of those giant junkyards for scrap. I mean, after it was stripped of aluminum wheels, catalytic converters, premium electronics, tools and change in the cushions.

It's actually more of a pain in the ass to buy guns at walmart. First you got to track down an employee and get them to understand you want the person authorized to open the case and sell the guns. Then you got to wait for that person get to the gun counter. If you are lucky. There is usually only one person that can do it and they often work a couple of different stores. So then you find out what day they are supposed to be there and come back and start over.
It's hilarious to me that people think guns in walmart mean they are easier to get.

It's weird how so many people get so upset when they act like assholes and then people treat them like assholes.

I was going to post a link to the Penn & Teller: Bullshit! episode on AA, but it seems to have been scrubbed from youtube. Wonder how that happened?
As I remember they were able to dig up some numbers that strongly indicated that AA and going cold turkey have roughly the same success rate (less than 5%). It's inconclusive because the data is incomplete as AA withdrew sanction and cooperation as soon as they saw the initial results and have never allowed a scientific study of their methods since then.
That tells a whole story right there.

He hit him pretty hard in the face with a skate board. Even with the board side up, it could be lethal. Even if he just fell awkwardly.
Anything can be lethal. You could run up and tickle a guy with a feather and it makes him jump out in front of a bus. That is not how the legal determination of "deadly weapon" is made. You'd have to look at the specific statutes for whatever jurisdiction to find out exactly.
My point was only that choosing to hit him with the deck instead of the trucks could be interpreted as him not intending to kill or do serious bodily harm. And that could be the difference between murder 2 and manslaughter if the guy dies.
He may be less likely to kill someone with the board side rather than the trucks, but it's still frantically irresponsible. And could be considered a lethal weapon
Agreed. It's not that I'm saying it's not bad, I'm trying to figure out just how fucked that guy is if they decide to prosecute. Fun little mental exercise for me, serious consequences for him.

The rumor is that is what the She-Hulk show is going to be. Supposedly her cousin (Bruce Banner) is going to be a client in the first season.
