I went through 2 rounds remote interviews, then a 4 hour on site interview process with the entire executive team. All in a 3 day time span cause they really needed to fill this position ASAP.
I aced everything but the 15 minutes I spent with the CEO. He asked me some off the wall question and I spaced after 3 1/2 hours of interviewing on a hot day in a full suit.
Got great feedback but the CEO didn’t want to move forward.
They still haven’t filled that position 2 months later. At the time I was crushed, but now feel like I dodged a bullet.

I owned a 2011 Ralliart Sportback (SST) and had no issues with day to day driving or even spirited canyon runs. To track it, you'll need a cooler and budget a rebuild with upgraded clutch packs. I had 100k miles on it when I sold, original clutch packs and transmission.

Like a pool tube water gun modified with a band to pop it closed. I'm not good at crafting devices though

After #3, you need a lawyer. Detaining a guy for stealing, especially with a gun on your hip, can lead to bad things quickly.

Inside a car safe is allowed per my CCW instructor. No concealed carry in car even for quick pickup, but locked in a safe works.
My instructor went a step further; lock firearm in a safe separate from ammo, no round in the chamber. Something about ammo and firearm together being considered loaded. Ammo doesn't need a locked container for transport (in car).

I got mine recently (4k touchscreen) and haven't had a chance to put the battery through its paces yet. Beautiful laptop, it's fast and looks good. I get some lag on the keyboard though and miss having a dedicated number pad.

Additionally with the health insurance enrollment, you should contact HR to see if they can help you. Sometimes they have
I'm in CA and was talking to my insurance agent yesterday, he said if we don't enroll someone we can get sued for not providing health insurance.
Formally request to be added to HR / the manager, they can do it.

They force-cancelled my account, then charged my card on file. I disputed the charges and was awarded my money back. I haven't received this notice yet.
I assume there will be a class action against them, but MoviePass may be dead by then.

Have you thought about tradesmen positions? Plumber, Electrician, HVAC, Welder, etc etc. Do an apprenticeship and get qualified.
One thing to consider is doing something you enjoy/tolerate, it'll make the work a lot easier in the long run and give you more stability.

Yes, car loans are similar to mortgages. They span out over the length of the loan and add interest along the way. If you make larger principle payments at the front, it reduces your overall interest on the loan.

If he bought it NOW, wouldn't he still be paying the lease payments + residual?
The best play is probably to keep the lease till the end, then buyout for residual. I don't see a benefit to an early buyout. You only have to pay overage when you turn in the car at the end of the lease.

There was no paper contract just verbal agreements face to face.
This is going to hang him up, the contract was all verbal. I hope OP has some other form of confirmation about the contract.

With something that unique, it takes finding the right person (marketing) regardless of an auction or conventional sale.
Typical auctions have more investors and flippers, not necessarily people who want a niche home.
