I would say it is on the larger end. It eats A LOT :) (also you can actually hear them nibbling the leaves). I think it takes about 1.5 months from eggs to cocooning. It takes 20-24 hours for them to make a cocoon.

I don't know, but can guess it is a reworked algorithm which utilizes multi-threading to parallelize plot creation. Kind of like one woman gives birth to a child in 9 month, while 9 women can do it parallelized in 1 month.

Probably hard to tell. However 'chia plots check' validates madmax plots just fine.

I personally deleted those few invalid plots.

Look for log entries with ERROR keyword.
