Nah the stone wall did.

He made the classic blunder of breaking the first rule of Clouseau's Académie de Bonne Chauffeurs, always do a brake check before doing a break check.

There's a conflict evey time some news organization needs to bump up its viewership. So by my calculation, every few days sounds about right.

You thinking the US would invade China is beyond ludicrous. You thinking the US would nuke Chinese citizens is also insane.

Everything else is absurd and delusional. Chinese people becoming prosperous has the potential to prove to those in the US who were supportive of Chinese economic engagement after the Vietnam War as being justified, and could work elsewhere (negating the need to waste so much money on bombs and bullets diplomacy). But it really isn't an option to "discuss" it with you is it Wilson Edwards? smh

Schools having staff that taught about planned parenthood and where to go to get counselling about their future were targetted a lot were I am from. We had school nurses who were all former military and the head nurse for our region was a former Marine who told any women protestor that if they wanted to discuss it with her personally, she'd be more than happy to have a brief conversation with them. One that was light on talking.

That lady endured a whole lot of entitled and arrogant stupidity but, not surprisingly, none of the Gyneth Paltrow following church going soccer moms wanted to push their luck with her face-to-face. And they knew they couldn't push their husbands to do it either (many of whom were former military as well) on planned parenthood or anything, including getting vaccinated.

Ok so there are Chinese people and the Chinese leadership. The Chinese people couldn't care less about military build up so much as they are about incompetent leaders. The Chinese leadership is aware of that and are paranoid of losing power. Because of that, the leadership is building up defenses as a public deterrant towards what it thinks is foriegn meddling causing its people to see them as incompetent. The leadership have convinced themselves foriegn actors/invaders will one day invade China and link up with people who are openly opposed to its incompetence.

See how this works? It is no surprise that much, if not most, of the military build up can also be used against its own citizenry who, as they have become more prosperous and open to about the world and China's role in it from other sources than the Chinese government, are growing increasingly fed up with how they are being governed.

No other country on the planet would invade the Chinese mainland. And Chinese leadership absolutley knows that. They are playing games and trying to stir up party allegience and patriotism while keeping their own people from causing trouble and telling the rest of the world it is an effort to defend against the rest of the world's influences.
