I have this crazy theory that Michael Douglas got throat cancer for saying “greed is good” in that movie. Doesn’t matter if he was acting. That scene has done so much brain washing damage.

Many exercises! One of the ones that really gave me a lot of energy was fruit day. We started off as one fruit day and then it would lead to two after many months. For one day out of the week, every week you ate fruit. However, it was by the botanical definition of fruit. Meaning skin, meat, seed. Apples? Yes! Tomatos? Yes! Peppers? Yes! Strawberries? No. Mushrooms? No. Beans? No. Also, onions, chives, spices, garlic, that was ok to add for flavor. Absolutely no refined/processed sugar! The goal? Well there were many. You got to strengthen your will and discipline. You realize a lot. Like you are the master of your body. Your mind controls your body but you are the master of your mind if you wish it to be so. You got a lot of energy. I’m not playing it was out of this world amazing. Fruit day has a way of setting a tone and you end up just organically eating better. But here was the one that really made my jaw drop: It turns your body into an alkaline environment. Cancer can’t live in an alkaline environment. I am in no way claiming that if you do two fruit days indefinitely that you’ll never get cancer. I’m not a medical doctor. But, I am a metaphysician so I’ll tell you I highly doubt you will. It’s scientific fact that Cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment. It is also scientific fact that you can make your body more of an alkaline environment. I cheated all the time on fruit day. But when I started really doing it, my energy level and mental clarity skyrocketed. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

That’s so unfortunate and my heart goes out to you. I wish there were a supplement to take. It could be a gastro issue but more likely just the way your genetics are built. Leaky gut has been a suspected culprit. However, sometimes people are born making liver enzymes that are super effective. It processes as waste before you get lifted. Eddies are just so boss!
