I’m a 34L and 5’2 and went with an A-line. Like everyone else has said, try on everything and anything because you never know what might fit you and what you might end up loving on your body! I ended up going with an A-line but the top was much different than I imagined it would be.

May I ask how you did your vow exchange? I noticed you said “private”. Did y’all do written vows at that time and standard vows during the ceremony?

I ask because my fiancé wants to write our own while I’d like to do standard because I’m not a great writer or public speaker. I was thinking our compromise could be written vows during our first look and standard vows during the ceremony.

I had a ton of anxiety going into shopping on if I’d find the right dress. This was the 5th dress I tried on and knew right away it was the one! It’s an Essence of Australia. Totally in love and can’t wait to wear it!
