I had a coworker spouting off something stupid one day about Trump having already balanced the budget and actually eliminating the national debt. When I very politely pointed out that the national debt still exists and the current number was (read off the official ticker), she said very dismissively, “look there is nothing you can ever say to change my mind.” She said those words like that’s a good thing.

Last thing I ever said to her was, “if you give me evidence, you can change my mind about most things.”

That was my thought. It seems like the stress of pushing a heavy pallet onto the rack would have been greater. I’ve loaded plenty of pallets into racks and you push them all over the place when it’s tight.

Especially when everyone (at least more than half) of Americans have some sort of pre-existing conditions. Something like 60% of Americans are overweight. So should there just be zero expectation of living? I thought we were concerned with “shit hole countries.” Well if having a minor health issue is a death sentence, I’d think that would qualify us for that label.

I’ve always had to do the phone mount system (had a 2019 Tacoma) to use waze, etc. I’ll plug it in now (charges the phone anyway) I’m just happy that I can use car’s screen for apps like it’s something I should be able to do in the year 2021.

It has Bluetooth so you can still just do calls, music, whatever. You would be stuck with Toyota’s navigation system if you don’t care.

Here’s something dumb I just found out: your phone needs to be plugged in via usb to use Apple car play. You can’t just Bluetooth it over.

Yeah, that. For a decent sized car with room for everyone it’s still does a sub 6 second 0-60 off the line. Good tech too.

Well my blue truck just got totaled by someone deciding to drive the wrong way down the street, so red probably can’t be worse.
