Yep makes it super nice to make sure your pawns always have proper clothing. I also do it with things like components and medicine so I always have some on hand. Also, meals of course. Really this is a great feature for a lot of bills.

This is every company I’ve ever worked for and the reason people should just leave every 2-3 years. Exceptions for unicorn companies, but if you’re still trying to move up financially, it’s rarely in your best interest to stay.

I give them long swords as a sidearm. A gladius if you want something lighter I guess. Really depends on your simple sidearms settings. By default I’m pretty sure they can use long swords as sidearms.

I basically stopped building walls and started building pillboxes with fences in front to slow enemies down. I also have a terraforming mod and built a small ditch that they have to walk through. The fences do provide enemies with a small amount of cover. Sometimes I don’t build that

I mix and match barracks and housing. My best pawns get apartment style houses (mostly for easier temperature management). Workers get barracks.

I started a colony with a pawn with terrible traits. At the beginning I just needed the numbers to sustain the colony. By mid game I had no use for terrible traits. Accusing them is an easy way to resolve that problem without getting any mood debuffs.

Well it sounds like their ideology is the problem then. Check their ideology preferences. You may need to convert them.

Interestingly, the butcher table itself is actually considered dirty. But I do love the common sense mod.
