Would you mind posting the recipe? I’ve tried making it before at home but can’t seem to get the gravy right

So it took me a while but I finally found a method to get my tofu nice and crispy. What I did was bought a tofu press to drain out the water. Then I freeze it, let it thaw out and put it in the tofu press again. This method gets the majority of the liquid out and lets your tofu crisp up more when you cook it

I honestly don’t know the dosage off the top of my head but I’m taking it every six hours. The schedule I’ve kept up is taking it at 7:00am then again at 1:00pm then 7:00pm then 1:00am. I took my 7:00am dose then accidentally took another one at like 10:30. I do have alarms reminding me of each of my pills. Changing the ringtones is smart, I’m gonna do that. So do you think I should I just take my next dose again at 7:00pm like usual?
