it’s not explicitly illegal. but your free speech argument would fail when you got sued for any number of reasons.

it’s a common analogy used to highlight the danger of causing panic; in that specific instance because of the likelihood of inciting “riot in a crowded theater” that can lead to death or injury, the individual in question has no right to free speech.

similarly, because your choice to go unvaccinated endangers your community, your choice should be taken away. it’s the same reason that the Immigration and Nationality Act has MANDATORY vaccinations for things like: mumps, measles, rubella, pertussis, hepatitis, etc.
