I know you guys have legal advisors in-house, but I stand by my contention that a photo is not illegal by itself. A citation to a statute or regulation would change my mind (I am not asking you do this, just outlining that this is a falsifiable belief). My realtor was from RE/max and recommended a love letter (with photo) for both bids. Cheers.

I agree most times people will pick the highest or most solid offer; however, I’ll literally just bought a house, pre-list, on the basis of my offer letter which included a picture of my family. I know this because the seller told me. Also, I missed out on a house in 2016, even though I had the highest offer because the eventual buyer was a veteran like the seller. (How do you think he found that out?)
