Maybe he was weary because he was carrying cash or had something valuable in that car he was walking towards.
When the video starts we can see an individual with a gun holstered checking another person's ID card. This must be at a dispensary. And then we see a security camera on a swivel above them. So quickly we know they must be at a dispensary and currently marijuana dispensaries are cash only.
And they can't just leave the cash in the store since then everyone would know to just rob the store. They have to move that amount of cash somewhere and store it somewhere.
But I do not think dispensaries can yet put their money in a bank and that must mean that they do not have a working relationship with an armored car service? Yet? Maybe. I am not sure on that one.
Most likely that vehicle isn't moving the dispensaries cash as then the security would have definitely got involved. But maybe he had cash in the vehicle to buy whatever it is he was going to buy.
edit:
Actually there was audio in that video. Apparently those guys are coming back for part II. So he must have robbed them already. They also mention a gun somewhere but I didn't see one in the video.
Still they are in a risky area as dispensaries can attract certain people due to the product they are selling and the cash only problem.

Shopping carts are very expensive yet the vast majority of grocery stores and department stores just leave them out there in the parking lot for you to freely use.
I wonder if we can start a new "challenge." Maybe a shopping cart skating challenge? Or shopping cart dozen reindeer deer down a hill challenge?

Yeah I think we underestimate how many Intel users there are in the planet. Back in the day skylake was king at the time.
And there are a lot of users still floating LGA 1151 mobos.

Ohh I see. I thought it was doing this as time went on. I haven't noticed anything like this one my new 3DS yet...
The battery on that thing is very solid. Ive left it alone for a year and the thing is still at 3/4 charge !

You might need a new battery. New battery will certainly hold and send a charge better so the system can respond quicker. Replacements are easy to do.

I have the same exact triggers. I suspect also that because we get angry, our parents and siblings attribute our anger as an additional checklist/proof of guilt. They take our anger as a slight against them. And so they dig in their heels as a defensive behavior.
So that in their mind now that they are defending themselves you have to be guilty.

Its a Russian play. You won't find hard evidence. But only Russia will gain from a de-coupling of the USA and China.
Russia is trying to destabilize America and hit us at our lowest point. This is coming from an American withdrawal from Afghanistan and a Russian interference with our US Presidential Election.
Trump supporting Russia is just icing on this cake.

Buy the ROG Strix if you can afford it or have the case that supports it. Also where are you buying this? Can I buy the other one?
The ROG Strix is a much bigger card. Its wider and deeper than the Tuf. I'd buy either one if I could.
STRIX
- https://rog.asus.com/us/graphics-cards/graphics-cards/rog-strix/rog-strix-rtx3080ti-o12g-gaming-model/gallery
- 12.53 x 5.51 x 2.27 inches
TUF
- https://dlcdnwebimgs.asus.com/gain/6d17d710-973c-4971-ae14-e67ca2f6733f/
- 11.81 x 5 x 2.04 inch
Both Strix and TUF feature a switch that can switch to a different BIOS setting. For cool and quiet or fast and powerful.
The STRIX is probably better binned and a better overclocker. So it can boost higher 1845MHz vs 1785MHz.
You can see photos of the PCB here.
https://www.techpowerup.com/review/asus-geforce-rtx-3080-ti-strix-lc-liquid-cooled/3.html
https://www.techpowerup.com/review/asus-geforce-rtx-3080-tuf-gaming-oc/3.html
They both look the similar. Same very high quality parts. The flat capacitors are really good. From looking at the photos, it looks as if Asus places thermal pads on those caps also. So both Asus TUF & Strix run cooler than the rest. Something that other board partners DO NOT DO since they use normal round capacitors.
Yes the STRIX in the link above is a liquid cooled version, but I would imagine that the PCB is the same.
STRIX has 3 - 8-pin connectors vs TUF 2 8-pin again because it can clock higher and run cooler.
I think the STRIX also has 2 fan headers so you can connect 2 more dedicated fans to cool the STRIX.
Other than that, buy both. Or can I buy the one you don't want?
edit:
I know that the TUF linked above is a 3080 and you are asking about 3080Ti. But the board will be very similar. And both TUF 3080 & 3080Ti use the exact same fan heatsink. Just different binned card and more memory in the Ti.

It is not just the guys at the front of the line. It happens even at the back of the line. Guys just causally walking into the line and talking to people in order to look like they are in the line.
I think they are the same type of people. Just wanting to cut the line. Same guys who cut in line in traffic. They will take the exit ramp, the emergency lane, anything to just cut in at the last moment. They are the same guys who turn left even during a red and just block the whole intersection.
They are one of many Second/Third/Fourth scum of society. Close to robbers, thieves, and other slackers just looking to sneak one by you.

I did some more reading last night on Alderlake from that anandtech article above. The "new" tech is actually old tech that mobile phones have had for years now. And that I actually never thought about or looked into.
Quote from Anandtech
Mobile processors with Arm architecture designs have been tackling this topic for over a decade. Modern mobile processors now have three types of core inside – a super high performance core, regular high performance cores, and efficiency cores, normally in a 1+3+4 or 2+4+4 configuration. Each set of cores has its own optimal window for performance and power, and so it relies on the scheduler to absorb as much information as possible to determine the best way to do things.
Take this snapdragon 855 for example. It is featured in the Samsung S10 plus (my phone). And it has 1 extra high performing core, 3 high performing cores and 4 efficient performing cores.
https://en.wikichip.org/wiki/qualcomm/snapdragon_800/855
And my phone performs quite good. Very good performing when I need it. And good battery life when I am not using the phone. Ive had no issues with it or complaints.
So Intel is taking this direction about a decade later. I don't see any big issues that would arise from this as the technology appears to have been in use for a while now. (in our mobile phones Apple & Android).

yeah I have. But that is an added expense and expertise level cap that will help to hinder rather than aid your everyday criminal in getting a hold of a gun.
Anyway. I just took the downvotes and am moving on. The guy asked for suggestions to solve this problem.

No! There will be small "bugs" like tiny bugs that are rare and won't happen for the majority of users.
Microsoft and Intel have partnered in this Windows 11 launch. With Intel 12th gen having built in hardware schedulers to help Windows 11 determine when to use the efficient cores and when to use the powerful cores.
Intel Thread Director (hardware scheduler) https://images.anandtech.com/doci/16881/56.jpg
From my understanding AMD has nothing announced for Windows 11.
But Intel does. Alderlake and Windows 11 will launch around the same time.
You can read more about Alderlake here. The article is really good and indepth. I recommend reading it before bed.

Take away the things that go boom.
That or make them cost $20,000 dollars. We as a community/society/government can start a federal gun buyback program and give 3x to 4x the value of the gun.
Things like that could work to reduce the number of guns out there.
Its an unpopular opinion for sure. But we could do it if we really wanted to.
edit:
And the 2A guys who are worried about our government collapsing and then having to overthrow some tyrannical government. Well Jan 6th also showed that we don't really need 2A to do that. Just need a bunch of guys with sticks and body armor to get the job done.
edit #2:
wow you guys downvote fast! He asked for a real solution.

How can the SUV be an idiot? He is passing two Semis. There are vehicles ahead of him impeding him from passing safely.
He most likely put on the flashers as the guy from behind was traveling at too high a rate of speed to pass anyone safely.

That is a really low bridge. If even that Mercedes' had a bike rack on the roof, it would have been hit.
They need to have way more signage than just that small strip of yellow and black tape.
They need to put up some chains before coming up to the bridge or something.

There was a guy who got out of the vehicle a car or two ahead of the red nissan. He appears to make a run for it and exits to the right of the camera view. The way he runs and ducks and holds onto something makes it seem like he is also packing.
The gunmen on the left with the automatic and handgun appears to aim at a car infront of the red nissan and he generally aims to the right.
Another passenger that exits the red nissan aims infront and slightly skewed to the left.
Must be targeted to want to bring out an automatic with a double barrel magazine. The gunmen are also both passengers. So most likely not road rage.
