I was about that far along when my baby really started getting around in there lol. He either loves or hates fireworks, since the first time I felt serious movement was when I watched the fireworks show on the 4th of July.

I'm in my final days of the second trimester and it did get better, around 22 weeks. Maybe it'll just take you longer to feel comfortable, like it did for me.

I've gone to the zoo a few times. It's easy enough to stay away from people. I live about 30 minutes from the Memphis Zoo so my husband got season passes and go when we need to get out of the house.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. It's no excuse absentee voting that isn't allowed. You have to qualify for any absentee voting, in person or otherwise. While it's easy to just lie and vote early in person, you still have to find a way to the clerks office during office hours, which can be difficult for rural or poor voters. Mail in absentee voting is even stricter, which was dumb considering covid this year.

One example is no early voting or absentee voting in MS. there's only a couple of states that don't allow early voting and I'll let you figure out what they have in common.

Unfortunately that's just the first trimester! I'm so sorry, the fatigue is one symptom that there really isn't much available to deal with it. First trimester is brutal. 😴

Peppermint helped me a lot.

There were pregnant women in the human trials. Miscarriage rates were the same in vaxxed and unvaxxed groups.

I haven't quite deleted Facebook, but I prune my friendslist back regularly. It's really helped. I'm not deleting family members, but I've I unfollowed the conspiracy theorists.

Yeah I'm only 26 weeks so it's earlyish for real solid baby movements.

See, my husband was extremely underwhelmed. Almost disappointed. He said it just felt like a muscle spasm (yeah, for me too, bud) and could barely tell if it was the baby. I had to ask him if he felt that, and he was like "oh that's it?"
He's extremely excited and I wanted him to feel the baby move so badly. I was just disappointed by his disappointment.

Mine took 3 weeks to get a nonresult, then I think a week and a half when I retested?

I'm a FTM and I felt a flutter at 14 weeks when I was lying on the couch in a weird position. I wasn't sure if it was the baby, but I felt it more consistently 2 weeks later.

I'm going through the same thing with my dad. We used to be very close, talked almost every day, but he's become insufferable since 2016. He's in last in either of my or my husband's families that won't get the vaccine. He's excited since it's it's first grandchild, but not enough to get vaccinated I guess?
It hurts deeply, and I'm so sorry you're going through this too.

Congrats! I got mine in April when the data was promising but not fully vetted. I live in a big antimask/antivax state in the south (currently lowest vax rates) so I went with my gut and got it anyway. I should have asked my OB but I knew I was going to get it even if she said to wait, so I just didn't ask and got it anyway. Turns out she is very much for getting vaxxed during pregnancy, which made me feel even better about it.
My baby boy is growing perfectly, and I feel confident going through my day to day. I still wear a mask, of course, per my OB's recommendation.

My trick is raisin bran and a cup of black coffee. Worked this morning anyway.

Yeah, and Derek was also shown posting death threats to Holly J when Ali made that facerange page. He wanted to bring a rope to school or something?

I tried to let it go out but now I'm so sensitive to hair, I hate the way my body hair feels. I took a shower and shaved it all at like 2 am the other night because I felt so awful and couldn't sleep.
Passed out as soon as I got in bed with smooth legs and a smooth cooch.

The early movements were exactly like a goldfish, or maybe like when you have a butterfly or moth cupped in your hands, and it flutters against your skin. The movements later, around like 19ish weeks, definitely feel like a muscle spasm. It's so alien.

we had to move to MS for my husband's job last year. I fucking hate it here, and we moved from Louisiana. Not a high bar.

Eli is 10 years old and began to lose weight and vomit 5 or 6 times a day around March. We took him to the vet at least 2x a week until we swapped vets and they found what they thought was an object in his intestines. The new vet assumed he had swallowed some plastic and gotten it lodged. We took him to a pet hospital in the city and he had an emergency exploratory surgery.
The surgeon was wonderful and while Eli was very thin and weak, the surgery went flawlessly. They removed about 10 inches of intestines and found a small tumor instead of plastic. Luckily it was very early and the cancer hadn't spread, but they still recommended chemo.
He just had round 3 out of 5 last week, and while he's eating and playing and being affectionate, he hasn't gained any weight and he's down for about a week after chemo. (He goes every 4 weeks.)
I'm just looking for positive stories, because its so hard to watch him be sick. And if you guys have any ideas about how to make him gain some weight, please let me know! He's an extremely picky eater and very spoiled lol

Discussion Can anyone share positive stories about their cats diagnosed with cancer? Eli is going through chemo right now and I just need some hope.

Try peppermint, too, if you're like me and hate the taste of ginger.

Yes!! I had heartburn so bad I couldn't sleep at night and taking the max amount of tums did absolutely nothing. I haven't had heartburn in 3 weeks now
