I love how they’re asking him gently as if he’s a toddler having a tantrum and not the criminally liable fascist he actually is.

I only refer to him as a toddler. If you talk, act, and shit on things then blame others like a toddler, you’re a toddler. A fucking Nazi Toddler at that.

He took responsibility for permanently deleting this image from the internet forever. Nothing to be ashamed of Elon. Plenty of actually terrible things you should be though.

I don’t know what they’re talking about. Elon takes twitter very seriously, he uses it every waking hour of the day.

Stop telling him, just build a case, prove what he’s doing is illegal or whatever and charge the company. Stop giving them chances to ignore your demands. Force them to adhere or block them

That “go fuck yourself” video is so sad. First of all he’s wearing a flight jacket as some kind of security blanket - clue number one that he’s high as a kite. Secondly he’s inarticulate. And of course there’s the obscenity and anger. He’s emotionally unhinged and jittery as hell.

This really makes me mad because in my own career I’m at the upper end of the senior management tier trying to break into the executive tier and a huge part of that is cultivating a stable demeanor and showing that you won’t break under stress so that the C-suite or Board or whoever will trust you with the fate of their millions. Elon is out there absolutely spraying diarrhea out of both pant legs on this score. He just amassed too much power first for anyone to do much about it. It’s pathetic.

To do that he’d have to:

Rehire the competent people again (good luck doing that since a lot of them were and had been involved with actions/lawsuits against him).

Re-establish all of the departments he liquidated.

Both of which or any redeemable action to take he won’t do. His platform is perfect as a hotbed for all conservative brainwash rhetoric that he leads.

I’m not sure if Twitter has “responsibilities” to begin with. It has what we - as a society - give it the legitimacy to have.

I wish you were right but it’s an influential platform no matter how much we would like to pooh pooh it. It’s right there in the linked article:

Since July 29 when right-wing influencers made false claims on Twitter and other social media platforms that blamed the stabbing murder of three children on Muslims and immigrants, dozens of far-right riots have erupted around the nation.

You’re right but IMO that part of the article that you highlighted should be the news, not the “we should make Musk do something”.

Musk is a billionaire that thrives on attention so any form of headline that cites his name is playing his game.

Twitter is a company with investors. They should be accountable to what happens in their domain. And not by having their wrist slapped because – for the nth time – something bad happened. Media should be saying by now that Twitter is a bad place. Like they did with other social networks before.

Those riots absolutely were news, and are not buried in this article either. It is news when elected officials make a public call for the industrialist responsible for the riots to take action. I’m understand why you so dislike Musk getting any attention but that feeling does not make this not news. If you dislike Musk you should be glad to see media amplifying public officials criticism of him.

This is ancient labor’s most foolish program. Why don’t the workers, the largest group, not simply eat Elon Musk?
