    Your personal experience doesn’t matter when people that have much more experience than you and actually understand what’s happening in the company tell you.

    You’re just too stupid to know, Dunning-Kruger effect here.

    I can give plenty of examples of bad employment practices working worse at Amazon. Your one little example is literally meaningless.
