I just feel like a tea kettle constantly near boiling after a hard day. Some nights, the most I get is 4 hours and the rest of the time I wake up a panicked state. Awake for hours until I have to get up. 🥴

It can’t hurt to run a test. It also sounds like you’re very stressed :c.
You’re right, I am stressed… A recent family illness isn’t helping, along with having PTSD. When it rains, it pours I guess. 🥴
