I’ve quit sugar like 10-11 times now, not completely, but got to a point where I could go basically go without sugar all day with no problem… every time I have to requit sugar (always bcz of the holidays), it’s an insane endeavor filled with brain fog, anxiety, and sometimes lack of sleep.
Moral of the story…Sugar is a drug you shouldn’t mess with. Just say no to cookies.
Do hardcore keto at least once (wait 2-3 weeks for all of the sugar to get out of your system) and you’ll be forever convinced sugar is a crazy addictive drug. I feel I understand what pregnancy cravings must be like–it’s the only time I’ll find myself JONESING for some specific treat.

Fasting also helps
I always say no to cookies.
Unless they’re “functional” or “required”.
Edit: fixed bad grammar :)
I think you meant "Unless there are “functional” or “required” cookies.
‘they are’
How do you typically quit sugar?
