Once the servers for Gran Turismo Sport go down, you won’t even be able to save your progress in the single player, either. There is no reason for single player stuff to be always online.

GT2 is ancient but the fact that I can play it on my Retroid Pocket anywhere and enjoy a stupid variety of cars, customization, tuning and racing fun has me always going back to it.

Of all the Forza games, FM4 is pretty great and I haven’t liked any of the newer ones. I need to get my 360 back from my friend I loaned it to during Covid specifically to just play that one game. That was peak for that series I think but I haven’t played FM2.

GT2 is getting a little tough on the eyes, but holy cow when that game came out was it ever the cars meow.

FM2 is probably the same, it’s more nostalgia for me than anything. FM4 was pretty great too for sure. I have my 360 downstairs, but it’s unhooked at the moment. There’s pretty good emulation these days, you might be able to play it that way.
