This organization is conservative oriented and advocating against tax auto filing to keep H&R Block and similar rent seekers in business.

Stand strong and in favor of tax auto filing to reduce fraud and waste - there is no reason the government shouldn’t estimate our taxes for us.

      There was some discussion of autofiling a couple of years back, but I haven’t heard anything serious.

      IIRC it’s one of those things Trudeau mentioned but didn’t follow through with.

        Would love if they did this, I really only usually need some small medical deductions for meds and other stuff like that. Should be able to do all that in CRAs web app
