So, as a child, specifically pre puberty or during puberty I was basically in total self isolation and not interested for anything, and I even neglected my hygiene and showered once a week. Well today I’m trying my best to do at least bare minimum and shower every day, or maybe sometimes skip a day. But I still sometimes feel like I am dirty and like I stink no matter how much I clean myself and how much deodorant and parfume I apply. Idk what to do.
Get the enzyme spray that is for pet urine and odors.
Spray the underarms and areas of your garments where you would have heavy sweat. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Next time you do your laundry, you will not have the odor of armpit bacteria anymore.
People don’t realize that there are certain bacterial smells that you cannot get rid of with detergent, oxy cleaners, borax, bleach, or anything else - you actually need an enzyme to break apart the proteins.
It turned out it was the latent body odor smell in my shirts… even though they were fresh, as soon as a little bit of moisture built up, the stink would activate… and the only thing that repaired it was enzyme spray.
Again, you can just get the stuff for animals peeing and smelling. It’s less than $10 on sale in my area. Because we are animals too, and the same stink on us is what comes off pets.
Edit: also take the inserts out of your shoes and lightly soak them in hydrogen peroxide 3%. They will bubble like a witch’s cauldron and that’s the stink getting destroyed there as well
