It is amazing how they can just get away with just denying everything and it comes on you to get them to do their job.

If it is any help what I do when a claim is denied from my kids is get the agent on the phone with the medical receptionist and say the most vile things I can think of. Usually works. Also if you ever get a medical bill just rip it up and mail it back to them.
