Exactly his point - you have space. There are some roads where I live that you are lucky to drive your car down the road with cars parked on both sides. The other thing is, it is unsafe to turn around in the road. Using a drive way is a safer option. Finally, I really don’t want to be in your driveway, I’m there for 30 seconds at most if there aren’t any cars coming.
2·3 months agoThey had a lot of ideas to revitalize the game, and they left out things like a map that actually changed and had storms and stuff that rolled through the map. They also just didn’t have enough endgame content. Over all, there was a lot they could have done to fix it, but at the same time EA just shut the game development down right as things were getting started.
What Anthem the Game could have been. There was SO much potential and they threw it all away!
This should actually be #1. Last thing I want for the fediverse is for it to become a CP haven because we lack proper moderation. I recently received an amazing presentation on the issue of CP distribution from a seasoned officer, and CP is a genuine and dangerous issue. Go look up what sextortion is.

This is exactly why I’m joining law enforcement. I hate stupid cops. So I plan on taking a spot that could have been given to a dumbass. Understandably, this is probably devicive, but it’s the best answer I could come up with.

In my opinion, people don’t mind hearing what you have to say. I wouldn’t call an upvote content. So I think comments and posts, if you are feeling daring on any given day, make for a better experience and let’s people be more social.
Basically, if everyone says something and interacts, this place will feel a lot more lively.
Best way to have active accounts is to avoid lurking. I’ve found myself falling into the trap where I act like I’m on reddit or YouTube and I don’t want to give them free user engagement. The exact opposite of Lemmy.
So yeah. Don’t lurk. Lurking bad.

Really good points that you bring up. I can agree with you fully now. Especially on the point of being able to do crazy tricks at no threat to your own real safety.
