AI music is also going to suck if you give it shitty pop music to train on.

Feel like it, but it’s not bad behavior so i dont see your point?
I guess you can read it that way, though it literally says “racist/sexist”. Still not necessary to turn anger into non-racist but otherwise bad behavior.
Yes, you replied to a post about sexism and racism that’s what we’re talking about, did you reply to the wrong post??
If your anger is expressed as racism and sexism, that’s a problem. Like idk go to the boxing gym and turn your anger into a workout, you don’t have to turn your anger into hate.
i mean, yeah it’s basically the amount of work of a semester long course in making everything from windows work in linux
It’s about the service.
You’re missing the point, the article is wrong: it’s not about the prices.
Yeah, it’s reall not even about the prices. It’s just so inconvenient to go between all those apps, and then login forgot your password, rest, 2FA so i have to get up from my couch and grab my phone.
All these paid services could be totally free from a monetary perspective and I still wouldn’t sign back up for them. It’s a worse service than cable TV used to be at this point.
I used it since netscape navigator XD
Yeah they’re going to drive down costs by having employees quit due to RTO 🤣
Exactly, a bunch of made up problems in his own head is the worst that can happen to him
Yeah lemmy can do the same, but begging redditors to switch won’t help anything. I was part of the digg migration, nobody on reddit ever posted on digg to go switch. I just searched for something else, and reddit was there. I certainly didn’t spend a second thinking about digg afterwards, and i wont think about reddit either.
It’s not that the point is ruined. It’s that it’s no longer sarcasm. The whole point of sarcasm is that it seems like the message is genuine. Ironically, using /s makes a statement unsarcastic.
But that’s the point of sarcasm. Jonathan Swift got lots of death threats by mail after writing “A Modest Proposal,” and he expected it! If someone doesn’t want to risk being misunderstood, they should not write the opposite of what they mean.
Not at all – it’s the people who use /s that are dumb.
Then just don’t write the opposite of what you mean. It’s not funny or witty or clever to write “Women should all just live in the kitchen, NOT.”
Yes, the /s and sarcastic tone both exist and are used by people.
Am i wooshing myself??
That is literally the point of sarcasm. People legitimately wanted to murder Jonathan Swift.
If you write “/s”, just write the direct unironic statement in the first place.
Trees don’t generate large profits this quarter, obviously.
