Hello, my name is Cris. :)
I made an HTML page once in elementary school for an elective, and I also don’t get it :)
I just wanna be a part of the conversation lol. But also what the fuck even is this meme 😅
Am American, can confirm.
I doubt this will help my deep discomfort but it did make me happy :)
This sounds ruder than I mean it to, but some context on why this is news would be helpful :) I have no idea who this is
The only thing I’m seeing with a quick search is a “don’t say gay” bill that later got modified to be less strict or something
Do you know what the Florida law says or when its applicable? Or any keywords I could use to find more details? Sorry for all the questions I’m way out of the look and this seems like a think worth being informed about 😅
Someone mentioned that it wasn’t being maintained anymore, but if I try void again I’ll have to take a look at that. Though its definitely not the same as a traditional app store interface like gnome software (flawed though it may be) where you can see the icon, screenshots, even reviews, and I would definitely really miss that functionality when browsing for something. And given I use gnome it may be hard to make it look at home on my desktop
Wait, is this reference to state law? Where? If that weren’t awful that’d be fucking hilarious.
Now I want a gay advertisement pin
Fair honestly, I’m more or less in the same boat 😅
I was really enjoying learning how to try and set up void, but I really like having access to a graphical app store thats easy to browse 😢 someday I’ll have to revisit it
Wait, is worf a bad dad? I’m not super deep in the fandom…
Not the person you’re replying to but wanted to share my 2 cents
You might consider keeping things broad given how small a platform lemmy is and how niche the subject matter is. I like the idea of them being separate but splitting community more than strictly necessary runs the risk of the community dieing without enough people having things to post. You can always acknowledge future plans to split, and make it two separate communities in the future
Ultimately you know best what kinda space you wanna make and how you wanna go about it, I just think your community idea is neat and wanna see it reach a stable number of active users :)
Hope you have a great day!
Not the person you replied to, but I’ll have to give that a shot if I make it to IKEA someday :)
I honestly can’t tell what happened here… The article is confusing as hell and I can’t tell if its just too early in the morning for me, or if I’m dumb 😅
That looks stunning, the animation on Benny feels super expressive and I love the lighting and colors
I still need to go back and finish new Vegas.
I mean, that kinda seems like why I’d want there to be housing specifically for trans women. Building housing specifically for trans folks seems like the wrong way to solve housing discrimination or housing unaffordability. I think those problems would probably be more effectively soved through other means
But building essentially shelter housing for trans folks without a safe place to go seems like a great way to create a space for them that is safe and trans inclusive should they find themselves in crisis, and unwelcome or uncomfortable using other faculties that are disproportionately serving cis women who may or may not be welcoming or understanding.
Now they just also have to implement policies that address housing unaffordability, and housing discrimination. If its like the situation in the US, kinda feels like thats never gonna happen 🙃
A gtk app for YouTube and/or twitch intended for media PCs would be neat, with controller/remote support and ui optimization for air mice.
I don’t like the ux of kodi very much and trying to get it to play YouTube has been a nightmare 😅 a simple app with a decent user interface would be very welcome
Its a fun format, I like it :)
That is a pretty excellent image
These are also my care instructions 😌
