I was reading about it and the process seems to be vastly different for everybody, but familiarizing with one’s own body seems to be a common requirement 😄 And sadly, a lot of people never manage to achieve that. I am considering giving him a set of toys to practice alone, to give him a better chance to figure out what pushes his buttons.

Foldable catering tables are surprisingly sturdy. But be sure to check the weight limits. My pet isn’t too heavy 😊 Basically, I drilled two circular holes and then connected them to an oval shape (stadium shape to be precise). Ten cleaned it up with a knife and used tape to cover any possible sharp edges.

Thanks 😊 Yeah, I started with the clone-a-willy kit, and while fun it’s a toy, not a serious product. So I checked some toy crafters and silicone work and quickly found out that I’ll need few more things than just silicone and mold 😄 Fortunately it’s quite an entertaining process.

I’ve used Ecoflex 00-10 silicone, it’s very soft, most people would probably opt for 00-30. I have a local shop, but I am pretty sure you can find both the silicone and the alginate on Amazon. But one thing, you can’t (safely) make a silicone toy without degassing it first. So you may look into vacuum chambers and pumps as well. There are some cheaper options, but you likely won’t get much under $150.
