I really like boobs too. But I don’t get distracted by them in normal non-sexual situations. The issue isn’t being attracted, it is the gaze.

I think you’re kind of being dismissive of what that commenter is saying. It is really uncomfortable being looked at like that.

You don’t have to be good at drawing actually! The point of that sort of stuff (drawing people, still life, etc) is to develop drawing skills.

There are straight up indexes of photos of peoples breasts not presented sexually, if medical stuff squicks you out.

I’m just trying to suggest things because it seems like what you’re describing might make it harder to interact with women as people and might make women uncomfortable, and if that is something you want to fix there are avenues for doing that.

It isn’t that hard though. Go to a nudist retreat or beach, practice figure drawing (there are plenty of free online figure drawing resources), look at medical indexes, watch medical documentaries, just off the top of my head.

Actually sexualization- as opposed to attraction- to breasts isn’t natural, which is wild. There are plenty of cultures where breasts aren’t sexualized, especially near the equator in some traditional cultures where women go topless.

Also as a lesbian in the US who definitely has internalized sexualizing boobs, I don’t find it at all distracting when someone isn’t wearing a bra. Maybe it is just that I see boobs in non-sexual contexts so it only is sexualized within a sexual context? That might be useful if you’re interested in unlearning this habit.

It would be helpful to give specific examples to where you think sources are being misused instead of generally saying that they are being misused.

Here is a chart sourced from its its 2024 report. As you can see Chinese people have more faith in democracy and the democratic nature of their government than westerners do.

The whole brainwashing thing is nonsense, as Cowbee pointed out you misread the data on the 11 percent. It seems like you are misreading data to support your preconceived notions.

Thats not how source verification works! Credibility=/= verification! Some nobody citing a lot of firsthand accounts of notable state actors admitting that they did a thing that would be bad for them to admit might be less credible than a mainstream news platform only citing secondary sources but is giving you more verifiable information.

China is a democracy, even studies by conservative western institutions show Chinese people have higher satisfaction with their government, more belief in the importance of democracy, and more belief in the democratic nature of their government than western European and American citizens do for their own governments.

They have a more comprehensive democracy too. Consultative processes and deliberative processes are enshrined in institutions in a way that they are not within western bourgeois democracies.

It had to rely on a last resort as opposed to its primary defensive system which constricts its design in a big way, its stealth component.

For me it isn’t really worth thinking about unfalsifiable things? If you’re looking for guidance, community, and inclusion, go join a socialist org or a queer community center?

If you don’t think China is democratic, what would they have to do in order to meet the definition?

A democratic state where the proletariat are in control owning the MoP fundamentally isn’t capitalist, “state capitalist” or otherwise. Capitalism requires specific social relations that aren’t met within socialized ownership.
