So right side up means its on it’s side?
Just go eat plant-based all together, so we won’t have these problems that endanger the existence of life on our planet. Including humans.

When you really miss something enough, you can always go make it yourself, of course. Or at least try.
Why is a sandwich pizza not a thing already? Like a calzone, but without folding anything.
We can see that 2. is longer than 1.
They’re still fairly cheap in Europe and I really looked forward on getting to see their content a couple of years back, but now it looks like most of it could just as easily be shown on another platform like Disney or Netflix. There’s no real depth in most of it. I’ll keep hanging on watching shows like Insecure, but I wonder whether I’ll keep the account in future.
No expert, but my take on this is that medicines work because they resemble the chemicals your body already makes itself. Better not interfere with a finely balanced immune system in which pain is an essential signal for the body to cope with infections and injuries. It might be more comforting to take a pill against something but I’m afraid it messes up the immune system too much, better to avoid that as much as possible. Works fine for me.
A good day day day.
What’s confusing about Mastodon? Just join a random server and you can find everyone else on any other server. (Or are these called ‘instances’? I don’t know or care, fact is it works without problems.)
Hardest part of running is not running too fast, even when you can. It’s a recipe for injury. Instead, let your body grow into running, which initially takes a couple of years to grow your tendons and bones, which is not really finished, ever: you can always improve. I only learned to take it easy after 40, only then having the peace of mind of just enjoying running, instead of wanting to be at the next crossing, the next bridge or the next footpath. Just to enjoy the running that you do and reach all the landmarks while just running along. Doing a race once in a while will help to keep the training on a lower intensity, but it will always remain difficult not to run too fast. Injuries will be just around the corner if you’re not careful.
Still need to investigate the sustainability of it before I would try, but presently there’s no produce on sale here. But I’m pretty used to dishes without meat by now, so there’s no direct need. I suppose it would be more targeted towards current meateaters, hopefully they stop destroying life on the planet at some point.
