Compartmentalization. I only focus on what I can control. I read local news and mostly ignore national stuff because it is beyond my ability to affect change.
It is now easier to identify political whackadoos and disengage.

Adding 12oz of weight to helmets is better than TBI but doesn’t feel like the best solution. I think a helmet redesign to incorporate those features would be better, like how MIPS helmets were introduced in other sports.
Hard disagree, it is not a good series. I just finished reading it to my kid. We saw it through in large part through discussing what was weird and why as we went.

There are books I started and did not finish that I do not remember. However, there a few that I finished but hated. The worst was:
Reverie - this was a lgbt book club thing in Libby. The protagonist was a whiny incapable teen that never redeemed themself. I kept thinking it would get better and it never did. Things resolved because magic, so poor/lazy writing.
