Um mal eine Lanze für die paar Mitarbeiter zu brechen, die ich kenne: Da ist viel systematisch im Arsch am System Jobcenter und die Angestellten sind i.d.R. keine Monster, die einfach gerne ihre Mitmenschen foltern.

Nur wollen weder Bund noch Kommunen (und indirekt Länder) Geld investieren, um z.B. mehr Personal für die ständig wachsende Arbeit einzustellen. Da sollen dich die Mitarbeiter wie von Geisterhand multiplizieren und einfach 3x so viel Arbeit machen, die zuvor schon doppelt so viel, wie für eine einzelne Person war.

Und das wird schlimmer und schlimmer. Die Leidtragenden sind am Ende natürlich die “Kunden” (übrigens ein beschissener Begriff für hilfsbedürftige Mitbürger).

Damit hab ich noch gar nicht angeschnitten wie entwürdigend, menschenverachtend und grausam viele Gesetze und Regelungen zur Inanspruchnahme dieser Grundleistungen ausgestaltet sind. Aber dafür können auch die Mitarbeiter nichts. Ich kenne eigentlich nur Leutr, die im JC arbeiten und die da raus wollen weil es sie bricht. Gibt nur ganz wenig harte, die das auf dem Weg nach Hause nicht in der Arbeit lassen können.

Der Job im JC ist für viele halt eh oft schon ein Notanker, weil wenigstens sicherer Arbeitsplatz und man da wegen dem Personalkarussel quasi alles mit Handkuss einstellt.

All das ließe sich mit politischem Willen ändern. Man hat aber z.B. am Bürgergeld gesehen, mit wie viel Verachtung und Hass für hilfsbedürftige Mitmenschen sich Konservative, Liberale und Rechte gegen bessere Alternativen wehren. Da wird alles bekämpft, was einem nicht unmittelbar selbst Geld in die eigenen Taschen spült und nur den Ansatz von Empathie zeigt.

Aber Otto-Normal-Bürger würde es ja nie passieren den Job zu verlieren, mangels Qualifikation bis zur Aussteuerung aus dem ALG I was neues zu finden oder vlt. jemals krank und (zeitweise oder dauerhaft) arbeitsunfähig zu werden. Daher tritt es sich ja so leicht nach unten, die Meisten glauben sie sind unantastbar und nur Menschen “unterster Klasse” (was zum Fick auch immer das sein sollte) landen im Jobcenter. Wie viele da schon böse aufgewacht sind und in ihrem Leben noch werden.

Fast so als wären das chronische Lügner, deren Lügen niemand durch Wahlstimmen belohnen sollte.

Aber offensichtlich will ein Teil der Deutschen genüsslich wiederholt in die Murmeln getreten werden und bedankt sich dafür dann noch.

Which confuses the fuck out of me how anyone like you could still argue in 2024 that Bitcoin is anything but a gigantic garbage fire. And not just Bitcoin. Pretty much all copycat crypto currencies it spawned.

Which is not to be confused with blockchain technology. That has some fringe use cases. It is a valid technology for certain databases in some pretty specific and relatively few instances. But except for very specific and seldom legal cases, the technology hsas pretty much proven it is noehere near a proper replacement for money in general.

So back to my point: How can someone who seems legitimately decent from most posts I saw, interested in technnology and most probably not having been hit on the head with a brick, write such a shill post with no particular purpose (at least from what I could gather)?

There is no system of precedence for rulings of lower courts in Germany, technically not even for higher courts (albeit there de facto is). That’s something you could find in the U.S. though.

The lower court fucked up and it got overruled. The only thing Sony could have done would have been to bring similar cases to the same lower level court again and again and hope they make the same wrong decision over and over. That’s about the closest thing to precedence they could have relied on. It probably would have worked for Sony though.

It is a legit question. Usually you don’t have to pro-actively inform anyone that you disagree with anything, TOS included. That’s just what companies want you to believe since it benefits them greatly.
