What does any of that have to do with the comment chain? I was commenting on how people are just running wild with their imagination instead of sticking to facts.

This is insanely ironic considering he’d more be like the guy that shot Batman’s parents. And Batman, famously, tries to not kill. And Batman is lavishly wealthy.
Does anyone know any alternatives for people with an active subscription?
Put the same amount of money they were paying towards renting a PC into a savings account each month and then buy a PC outright in a few months.
Never buying from NZXT ever again. Trust completely and utterly gone.
I hadn’t heard Bullet Heaven to describe this genre yet, I love it.
Why is healthcare a for profit endeavour anyway?
Kinda fucked up.
Organs for as many people as can take them.
No, I don’t feel more. I feel equally. None of it good. People dying is not good.
I don’t even think his company should exist to deny people health care in the first place.
I think the latter is fine, but there’s lots of active celebration going on.
It’s pretty wild how little empathy humanity has as a whole. The discourse on Lemmy around this murder has been a little disturbing. The man had children.
Edited to add, people trying to gotcha me by saying people who were denied healthcare also had children aren’t making the point they think they are. Empathy goes all ways. The comment I replied to said that you can not approve of his work while also not celebrating his death. That’s what I’m agreeing with. Imagine being a child and seeing the internet actively celebrating your father’s death. It’s fucked up.
If you sincerely think that my comment is expressing support for his company denying health coverage for other people with children, then we simply cannot have a rational conversation.
Y’all really just crafting whatever narrative you want in your heads, aren’t ya?
Really? You don’t understand how a mentally disturbed person can gain easier access to a kindergarten than a board room?
I have no idea what you’re trying to say, tbh.
Yes it is. This is a cringe “we live in a society” memes rebranded with a current event.
No, the Joker doesn’t. We used to mock “we live in a society” memes. This is that.
Yikes, can we not glorify the Joker? This is some cringe incel level stuff.
I think it’s a strange assertion to say no corporation does this when there definitely ones that do. Money losing is a matter of perspective. Companies use loss leaders to generate other income all the time. Donations are very good PR. Anyway, it was just one suggestion of something they could have done that wasn’t the scummiest thing possible.
No more than the politicians who won’t pass single payer health care reform.
