Pizza is stupid easy to make. Flour and yeast dont come from a CSA, but I’m sure you can source it ethically.

I usually make a ton of dough on a weekend, separate it into 1-pizza-sized balls, and freeze them. Thaw overnight in the fridge and it takes like 20 min to roll & top. Or you can pre make the whole pizza and freeze it.
