They messed up 10 years ago when for some reason it took ages for Firefox to load compared to Chrome, and sadly it never really recovered the user base even though the performance is vastly improved.

Somebody tried selling me a locked phone on eBay despite listing it as unlocked. This is definitely how they do it, as someone who has a Walmart account and usually buys through the app. If I buy something in store with one of my linked cards, it stores the receipt in my account (and then asks me to review it)

I feel like EEAAO was somehow engineered to get people to say they like it for no particular reason, it almost feels like they made a movie that would be a social faux pas to say you didn’t like it.
