We have a saying in Australia, You can live off it but it tastes like shit.
There was a time in the 90s you could hand in ring pulls for free cans. Well we had a domestic beer with the same gold pull tab so I did indeed live off that shit for awhile.

Crypto is trying to solve a problem that doesn’t exist, money was never a product of the free market and without the violence of the state standing behind it can never be stable enough to serve as a store of value.
