Because you are not the customer. It doesn’t score for you, it scores the potential a lender can make money off of you.
I think you’re on to something. I have a 10 year old laptop with linux, 4 cores, 8gb of ram, a mechanical drive, and a win10 vm on it and it runs fine for it’s purpose.

My wife and I bought to get on the ladder. You can never save enough, at some point you need to hop in.
We’re 2 years in on a house that doesn’t suit our needs because if we didn’t buy, we would keep getting priced out. If prices drop, we’ll be stuck in this house. It wasn’t an investment, it was building equity for when it’s time to move.
At least we have a house, so many others aren’t as lucky.

I just watched that, and no, he didn’t say we need to become more dependent on the US. He said that there is opportunity for us in the US. That in no way means that he thinks we should be dependent on them.

It’s hard to get a prostitute to stop prostituting. Especially for the ones who chose out of desperation or were forced into it.
But you go after the john, who has money and probably something to lose, like a job or family, and you can scare them away.
Note: I’m against criminalizing prostitution, I’m just explaining their reasoning, not agreeing with it.
OnlyOffice works with MSOffice files (100% compatibility is a stated goal), and it looks like MSOffice in terms of UI.
I even replaced MSOffice with it in Windows.

They’re welcome to him.
We, in Carleton, were tired of his bullshit.

I am so fucking sick of this stupid dumbfuckery. It takes a really juvenile level intellect to throw a tantrum just because you don’t get what you want. In particular when what you want is objectively terrible.

I think something everyone forgets is, if we had human based foreign intelligence services, if they were good at their jobs, we would never know.
We also have multiple agencies, not just CSIS that conducts intelligence operations. CSE and CFINTCOM come to mind, as well as others. In fact, CFINTCOM specifically calls this out on their Canada.ca page; “strategic, operational and tactical human intelligence resources”
