I need to eat something or there will be Consequences™ but the Good Foods© are now Bad. 😭 Safe food limbo is my deepest fear

What have you tried so far? What were the good foods and what makes them bad now?
General advice: just because it’s morning, doesn’t mean you need to eat breakfast foods. If all else fails, just eat what you would normally eat for lunch or even dinner. At least that can be a backup while you figure out a food that works for you.
