Driver: Let’s just get some photos and swap information, ok?
Traveler: Ok. [He hands over a traveler’s license in red ink on an index card.]
Driver: [He glances at card, then paper plates, then traveler.] Ok actually I need to make a phone call.
We need courtrooms just for SovCits, that include a nice spectator deck with a bar…
Also @BonesOfTheMoon you’re the GOAT, always with the premium content for us. Cheers!
And then 10 seconds after they have established their weird magical victory, the cops come in and say actually JK you’re definitely going to jail now.
It was good crazy Facebook content, so I thought it was Bones.
How is this person not in jail?
He said if I’m not the “name” he was taking it as a no show and told me to leave.
That judge is awesome. Bullshit is not welcome in their courtroom.
I always find it baffling why they think avoiding to state their name is somehow helpful. Do they believe that the court will just say “well, tell your mister NAME that he is guilty and has to go to prison once we actually find him” ?
It looks like they are treating this like magic. Say the incantation properly and vanquish your foes. If your enemy learns your name they can cast spells on you hurting you.
Good thing my name is Rumplestiltskin. They’ll never guess that!

Sometimes I read these and laugh.
Sometimes I read these and just feel so sorry for them. They need help and either don’t know how to ask for it, or just haven’t realised they need help yet.
But they know they need help and are actively searching for it. The problem is they are hoping for easy magic fixes. Anything to do with accountability or responsibility is too much effort and immediately ignored. So in their head, they’re looking. But advice to drop the sovcit shit and own their mistakes is met with similar disdain as the local “shaman” offering to heal you with crystals and essential oils.
Like surely one of these guys has realised that this shit never works right? Like do the people that make up these incantations and stuff claim that when they tried the judge was like “ah dammit you found the loophole, you win the case and here’s $10,000 for being so smart” or something?
It does occasionally work though. The big one is the Bundy standoff, the jury believed the bullshit and the lawyers didn’t properly explain it’s bullshit.
