Any steel. It’s not a big problem if you don’t food just sticks to the pan. Stainless steel pans are fine for making eggs as long as you preheat them, add oil then the eggs. Just about anything else is 0 problem.

That’s carbon steel and cast iron. Not aluminum pots.

Yeah, but a pot like this isn’t really intended for that purpose. You’re supposed to boil things in it, not try your damnedest to melt the pot.
