  • 1 - Genocide is not only aimed on ethnic groups only 2 - The legal definition of genocide do not say that the population need to decrease to be considered a genocide 3 - Israel is lying about the number of Hamas fighter casualty and hamas estimation are undercounted https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/how-many-palestinians-has-israels-gaza-offensive-killed-2025-01-15/

    The real legal definition of genocide according to the UN

    Genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

    1. Killing members of the group;
    2. Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
    3. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
    4. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
    5. Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

    One of Israel’s own ministers, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, literally said, “no electricity, no food, no fuel” would be allowed into Gaza. And that wasn’t just words—according to the UN, for over 2 months barely any aid entered northern Gaza, leaving tens of thousands of people without food, water, or medicine.

    Also, Netanyahu publicly referenced the biblical story of Amalek—basically calling for total destruction. Then you had soldiers on the ground yelling “Amalek” while attacking Gaza. Human rights groups have pointed out that this kind of language, combined with how civilians are being targeted, fits patterns seen in genocides.

    Both of those example show without a single doubt that Israel is causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group and deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part with clear intent
