    Meanwhile…

The death toll in Sudan’s ongoing civil war is estimated to be significantly higher than previously reported, with studies suggesting that over 150,000 people may have died since the conflict began in April 2023. The majority of these deaths are attributed to violence, preventable diseases, and starvation, particularly affecting vulnerable populations in regions like Khartoum and Darfur.

Doesn’t get as much attention because why? Muslim on Muslim? Brown on Brown? And yet it involves (unlike Gaza) systemic targeting of civilians based on ethnicity.

Both are terrible and yes i saw a lot of coverage of that genocide too. I don’t act like i care about Sudan while defending Israel 57 years occupation like you do

Well that just sounds like laziness to me. Can you not do two morally compromising things at once, like gaslight an abused child and sell homeopathic cures outside an oncology ward?

Go educate your self instead of embarassing yourself.

Occupation is not just having soldiers in the land. Control over borders, airspace, and territorial waters, as well as its population registry, and movement of goods and people is also occupation like israel do in gaza

All the UN report consider gaza and the west bank occupied

It’s sad how quickly those rushing to defend Israeli violence fail to understand anything other than basic and easily disproven talking points they’ve used.

In other comments they didn’t think there was any violence before Oct 7.so not at all surprising they didn’t realize Gaza has been occupied and controlled by Israel

American here. Israel’s genocide is more relevant here because our country is their official ally. We have few/no ties to Sudan. It’s not a relative horror thing, it’s a “if I don’t speak up, I directly support genocide” thing.

Well go on and make a post about it then. Leaving a comment here to try and draw attention away from Gaza is not going to help you or Sudan.

      Let me say that again.
