👨: It was both I think, I suggested the idea as a joke but she said it would be hot, we checked some old videos and realized we really wanted to post them. The idea of people seeing us and getting aroused was amazing, and we discovered our new kink. We started on Reddit but got banned stupidly, and then searching for alternatives I discovered Lemmy so I suggested trying here, and the rest is history
How is that going so far? I find that Lemmy can’t really fill the gap. Many of the kinky places lie r4r are just not here.
Yeaaaaaahhh, you’re right. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good here, and you don’t get site-banned because Reddit thinks you’re a spammer for posting in like 5 subreddits in the same day while there are accounts that post in 10 subreddits in the same minute; but Reddit is still objectively better regarding content and community. Lemmy just doesn’t have enough people and enough participation, people like us get at most 15 upvotes and three or four comments per post, which can be discouraging some times, while some other baity posts from OF models get hundreds of upvotes and a lot of comments. Also as you said, there’s not as much communities here as Reddit, Lemmy has less variety (for example Lemmy doesn’t have an equivalent of couplesgonewildplus or couplesgonewildchubby, which is the kind of niche we want to be part of). As shitty as it is right now, Reddit is just the main place to go for NSFW communities, for better or for worse. Maybe we’ll try coming back next year, idk
