God, I love this post so much. I was idly wondering the other day if it would be possible to grab timestamps from all jimmy’s posts through the api, and then plot them out to see if they correspond to normal working hours in some part of the globe…
I called him out and they said at some point “What makes you think I’m not a US citizen?”
Despite not being wrong about the situation in Gaza, when you post content exclusively on one topic and refuse to acknowledge both political parties will be equally as bad at handling it - you can see an agenda forming.
Yeah, if he was some kind of troll account we gave them the easiest layup shot since the Afghan pull out. But several people have made the point that the American President effects the entire world. So I wouldn’t even be surprised to find a random European, Indian, etc, commenting on our election.
No, actually, it doesn’t. Propaganda is just “communication that is primarily used to influence or persuade an audience to further an agenda”.
It can be all verifiable facts, and it also doesn’t need to be bad either. The difference between a propaganda account and a non-propaganda account is mostly whether it is posting about one single issue on one single side all the time.

I did this for a certain linker of baans manually. I am pretty sure they are at least not a US citizen
Their nick is the Dutch word for left lane, so I would assume they are Dutch.
I didn’t think they’ve ever claimed to be one either though.

And it’s not like he’s wrong about Gaza. The best kind of propaganda is the truth.

For the record, I’m a European and I have commented on your election plenty of times (mostly because it’s the only thing on my news feed recently).
If it is the truth then it is not propaganda.
Propaganda requires misinformation. Or at least hiding certain facts to fit a narrative.
